Job Function: Program & Project Management (PMO)

Key Responsibilities

•Lead program and project delivery activities for the NA region, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and governance structures.
•Establish and maintain relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders to support PMO effectiveness and project success.
•Collaborate with regional leadership to define project priorities, opportunities, and risks, and keep executives updated on progress and delivery.
•Escalate and manage project issues as needed, facilitating Steering Committees and strategic decisions.
•Partner with finance and sponsors to ensure projects are supported by robust business cases and cost/risk analyses.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of strong project management competence with experience in managing different project methodologies
•3+ years of experience working in matrixed, global organization
•Willingness to work on US working hours 14:00-22:00 CEST
•Experience working with diverse teams and stakeholders
•Excellent written, verbal communication skills and ability to influence and facilitate consensus among sponsors and team members
