•Excellent written and spoken communication in Italian and English.
•Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
•Strong customer service orientation and ability to engage customers and model best practices for junior colleagues.
•Ability to maintain merchandising standards and stay updated on brand positioning and trends.
