Key Responsibilities

•Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Canada Region Water team.
•Advance the strategic direction of the Region and position the Water business line for profitable growth.
•Lead region-wide communication of strategy and objectives to the Water business line.
•Be accountable for Water LB’s P&L, including revenue, margins, cash targets, staffing, safety, and quality.
•Collaborate with Global Water and other Regions to ensure successful delivery and growth.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•BA/BS + extensive relevant experience, including 6 years of leadership experience
•15+ years of related experience in the A/E/C industry, with extensive Water infrastructure leadership experience or an equivalent combination of experience and/or education
•8+ years of experience in business development, operations management, and staff management, including P&L
•Outstanding communication skills, including experience speaking to large groups
•Experience growing a regional business and collaborating with other regions. Preferred bilingual (French and English).
