Construction Manager (Warehouse) - Kulim, Kedah

Oversee end-to-end project management to ensure quality, cost, statutory requirements, safety, environment compliance, and scheduling are met. Establish project success criteria across time, cost, technical and performance parameters, manage master programme and manpower/materials/plant schedules, and produce detailed project plans. Lead and facilitate cross-functional project teams, manage change control, advise on project finances, coordinate information flow with the client and consultants, and support invoicing and internal reporting.
