Key Responsibilities

  • •Own overall project management to ensure quality, cost, statutory, safety, environment, and scheduling requirements are met.
  • •Define project success criteria (time, cost, technical and performance parameters) and maintain project governance processes and systems.
  • •Manage implementation of the master programme plus manpower, materials and plant schedules; produce the detailed project plan.
  • •Lead and facilitate the cross-functional project team, including change control and client/consultant interfaces at all project stages.
  • •Monitor and advise on project finances, manage project information flow with regular meetings and communications, and support client invoicing and internal accounting.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in construction, project management or a similar function.
  • •Minimum 8 years’ experience on large international construction projects in Asia.
  • •Experience managing contractors across pre- and post-contract stages and tendering process (preferred).
  • •Ability to lead large multi-disciplined construction teams with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • •Fluent spoken and written English.
