  • •10+ years of professional software engineering experience in the video game industry, including 2+ years directly managing engineers.

  • •Strong programming skills in C/C++ and solid understanding of multi-threaded architectures.
  • •Excellent communication skills to manage relationships with external studios and translate technical risks to non-technical partners.
  • •A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or equivalent experience.
