Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up and break down conference spaces to meet customer event needs.
  • •Provide media support for A/V conferences and broadcast events, including technical operation of audio-visual equipment.
  • •Perform preventative maintenance and provide technical support for AV equipment and systems (video conferencing, LED video walls, control systems, audio processors, digital signage).
  • •Conduct pre-conference testing, monitor conferences for quality, and troubleshoot equipment and system failures as they arise.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of AV-related experience in a professional setting.
  • •Operate a digital audio mixer for live and recorded events (e.g., Yamaha, Behringer).
  • •Experience in a customer-facing, time-sensitive capacity with effective communication.
  • •Basic computer knowledge and understanding of signal flow for audio, video, and control.
  • •User-level knowledge of systems such as Bi-amp, Q-sys, Extron HDBaseT, Polycom, and Cisco video conferencing, plus Zoom Webinar and MS Teams experience.
