Supervisor, Lot Operations - Manheim Louisville

Supervise and direct daily lot operations for the Auction, ensuring efficient, orderly staging and movement of vehicles through sales lanes. Lead vehicle check-in operations and coordinate the flow of incoming vehicles for receiving, stocking-in, numeration, and parking. Provide customer-focused issue resolution, inspect and maintain lot equipment, monitor lot damage, and partner with multiple departments to prepare vehicles for sale while reviewing staffing levels and performance metrics.
