Key Responsibilities

•Lead creative planning and visual packaging for multiplayer interaction and light casual game concepts to improve shooting and remix rates.
•Integrate and use large language models and full-stack productivity tools to support design and development workflows.
•Translate visual design standards, interaction logic, and aesthetics into reusable AI Skills, Custom GPTs, and workflow agents.
•Maintain high visual quality and deliver visual direction, UI design, and demo presentations across multiple design systems.
•Support iteration of gamified features across TikTok social games, effect shooting scenarios, and the Effect House tool platform.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in interaction design, game UI/UX, effect design, or multimedia creative design.
•Integrate AI platforms (e.g., Claude, Codex, Stable Diffusion, ChatGPT) into daily design workflows.
•Independently deliver end-to-end interactive visual design projects and adapt across visual styles and themes.
•Strong passion for games and curiosity about emerging trends, with the ability to work in fast-paced environments.
•Experience leading complete creative design projects and building reusable design guidelines or design systems (preferred).
