Deliver exceptional customer service at the cashwrap by greeting customers warmly, handling transactions accurately, and maintaining operational compliance. Act as an ambassador for the Insider Program, promoting add-on sales and gift cards. Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods per standards, complete end-of-shift audits, and keep the checkout area clean and organized. Support team development by assisting in training and mentoring cashiers.
