Lead end-to-end delivery for the Ecosystem team, ensuring every player interaction outside the games is simple, intuitive, and fun. Coordinate complex, multi-workstream projects across product, design, business analysis, and engineering—from concept through go-live—while owning timelines, dependencies, and risks. Partner with stakeholders to align through demos and walkthroughs, drive process improvements, and help define success via KPIs and player-journey metrics.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end delivery of features and improvements from concept through go-live.
•Coordinate complex, multi-workstream projects across product, design, business analysis, and engineering.
•Translate product concepts and designs into plans, scope, and realistic delivery estimates.
•Own timelines, dependencies, and risks, surfacing blockers early to de-risk delivery.
•Keep stakeholders aligned through communication, walkthroughs, and demos; drive process improvements and define success via KPIs post-launch.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of project/delivery management experience, ideally in digital product or software delivery.
•Proven track record managing cross-functional, technical projects across product, design, and engineering.
•Background in iGaming, gaming, consumer digital products, or large-scale platforms.
•Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.
•Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
