Key Responsibilities

•Get behind the scenes at multiple locations and learn why restaurants run like well-oiled machines, understanding daily flow and operations
•Coaching, training, and real development opportunities to level up teams and cultivate culture at every store
•Mentor and be mentored by Operations Managers and General Managers to build leadership capabilities
•Leverage a clear growth path to prepare for future leadership opportunities within CHG
•Grow business operations and community connections through guest experience, teamwork, and problem-solving in high-volume settings

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 58,600 - 70,000 annually

Key Requirements

•2+ years as a Team Lead or 1+ year as a Senior Team Lead/ Assistant General Manager
•Must be 21+ years of age
•Experience in Kitchen Operations focused on Safe Food Handling & Workplace practices and efficiency, Hospitality/Customer Service, and Inventory
•Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
•Strong management skills with the ability to run a shift effectively as a lead
