Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with the Head of Infrastructure Engineering to translate vision into prioritized technical roadmaps, resource allocations, and cross-team execution plans.
  • •Curate the department’s operational rhythm through executive business reviews, operational reviews, and C-level briefings; unblock cross-functional dependencies.
  • •Own Operational Excellence (OE) across cloud, platform, networking, and datacenter/on-prem—defining and scaling processes, observability, incident recovery, and availability/availability frameworks.
  • •Quarterback high-visibility flagship programs as a Single Threaded Owner, including reliability/resilience efforts and cross-cutting architectural migrations.
  • •Drive modernization initiatives such as Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Software Defined Networking (SDN), and validate technical readiness for complex defense/DoD scenario builds.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 220,000 - 292,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of technical program management, engineering, or engineering leadership experience delivering complex, high-impact distributed systems and cloud/enterprise platform programs.
  • •Experience acting as a strategic advisor/Principal TPM or Chief of Staff counterpart to executive engineering leaders, managing cross-organizational strategy, prioritization, and executive reporting.
  • •Hands-on expertise building and running Operational Excellence, Site Reliability (SRE), or High Availability (HA) frameworks across multi-region cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) and hybrid/datacenter environments.
  • •Proven track record leading large-scale incident mitigation, failure testing, and automated resilience initiatives with aggressive recovery objectives.
  • •Broad technical literacy across IT infrastructure domains including cloud architectures, networking (LAN/WAN/routing/SD-WAN), compute/virtualization/Kubernetes, and enterprise security/IAM.
