Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform and review lease accounting activities (recognition, modifications, terminations) and related journal entries.
  • •Drive month-end close activities including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis for lease-related financial statements.
  • •Prepare and provide audit support documentation and act as the primary accounting contact for internal and external audits.
  • •Identify control gaps or process inefficiencies and lead remediation and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • •Support system implementations/upgrades and testing for accounting projects, validating outputs for accounting accuracy.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (or related field).
  • •4+ years of progressive accounting experience in a multi-entity or publicly traded environment.
  • •Strong working knowledge of US GAAP.
  • •Experience contributing to month-end close, internal control compliance, and audit support.
  • •Experience materially contributing across consumer/retail/apparel/footwear or multi-brand environments; SAP and BPC experience preferred.
