Senior Project Manager

Lead the end-to-end delivery of client projects by balancing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk through formal change management. Build and maintain governance structures, work plans, and monitoring mechanisms to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes. Manage project requirements traceability, nurture client relationships, and represent the firm in governance meetings. Oversee project staff, determine staffing and schedules, and support sales with effort and expense estimates using Avanade tools.
