Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as Lead Architect and strategic advisor, translating business strategies into scalable, secure, and sustainable ServiceNow target architectures, roadmaps, and technical solutions.
  • •Guide international clients through IT and enterprise service process transformation and manage complex, multi-modular ServiceNow initiatives from conception to ongoing optimization.
  • •Serve as central technical and functional point of contact, moderating workshops for requirements, process, gap analyses, and solution architectures, with communication up to C-level.
  • •Ensure technical and functional quality of customer projects through architecture principles, quality assurance, and best practices.
  • •Support pre-sales with solution design, technical demos, effort estimations, architecture concepts, and contributions to RFPs and complex offer processes.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 9 years of experience in consulting or IT services, including at least 5 years with a clear focus on ServiceNow.
  • •Proven experience leading large, complex, multi-modular ServiceNow implementations.
  • •Deep expertise across the ServiceNow ecosystem, including platform architecture, design, data modeling, integrations, and technical delivery.
  • •ServiceNow certifications including ServiceNow Certified System Administrator plus at least one Certified Implementation Specialist (e.g., CIS-ITSM or CIS-ITOM).
  • •Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, and web services (REST or SOAP), and ability to assess complex integration/platform requirements.
