Key Responsibilities

  • •Support marketing leadership with strategy formulation, planning, and priority setting.
  • •Drive the annual planning process with segment marketing teams and assess implications on the marketing budget.
  • •Own the enterprise view of marketing investment, identifying opportunities to improve allocation, effectiveness, and return on spend.
  • •Lead investment strategy and allocation analyses and develop recommendations for incremental funding, reductions, and reallocations based on expected return, priorities, constraints, risk, and uncertainty.
  • •Own monthly and quarterly marketing investment-review processes, including evidence reconciliation, executive narrative, and decision follow-through.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • •Experience in marketing investment strategy, marketing effectiveness, growth strategy, strategic finance, marketing analytics, marketing science, or related fields.
  • •Experience building marketing investment scenarios (e.g., incremental funding, budget reductions, reallocations, marginal-return opportunities, sensitivities, strategic constraints).
  • •Strong understanding of marketing measurement methods including marketing mix modeling, incrementality testing, attribution, performance analytics, and forecasting.
  • •Ability to integrate analytical signals, assess comparability/conflicts, and translate uncertainty into clear investment recommendations.
