Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide support to Principal Consultants and Associate Directors on technical, managerial, and financial matters for transport planning projects.
  • •Develop pedestrian modelling work including model creation, calibration, validation, and handling complex modelling issues.
  • •Help prepare scope and fee estimates and support delivery to budget and KPIs.
  • •Mentor and guide junior staff to enhance technical skills and professional development.
  • •Maintain client contact and liaison and produce reports to a high technical standard.

Key Requirements

  • •Knowledge and demonstrable experience technically leading pedestrian modelling projects.
  • •Strong experience using pedestrian modelling software such as Legion or Viswalk.
  • •Proficiency developing models, including calibration and validation, and producing technical reports and presentations.
  • •Good experience in data collection and data analysis, with strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • •Ability to supervise workload and support junior staff, with some experience of project management and supervisory skills.
