Manager, Maintenance, Reliability & Utility Kalasin

Lead the maintenance team at the Kalasin Plant to maximize reliability and output across facilities, machinery, and utilities. Own preventive maintenance and breakdown management for mechanical and electrical equipment, drive reliability and equipment optimization, and ensure safety-compliant maintenance execution. Manage preventive/corrective plans, maintenance budgets, and reporting, and oversee water supply and wastewater treatment for compliance and cost efficiency while leading 4 direct reports.
