Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to the creation and implementation of maintenance vision, strategy, policies, processes, and procedures to improve plant reliability.
  • •Lead maintenance team activities to ensure machine availability and utility reliability, and manage mechanical/electrical breakdowns with shift operations.
  • •Drive equipment optimization to enhance performance, product quality, and physical asset control across the plant.
  • •Oversee maintenance procedures and activities to ensure safety compliance and timely preventive/corrective maintenance execution.
  • •Manage maintenance budgets and lead water supply and wastewater treatment management for compliance and cost efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or another relevant discipline.
  • •Proven experience in a multinational food and beverage or chemical manufacturing environment.
  • •Extensive plant-level maintenance and problem-solving experience with equipment reliability and operational improvement.
  • •Hands-on TPM/WCM experience, especially Planned Maintenance (PM) and Autonomous Maintenance (AM).
  • •Knowledge of water supply systems and wastewater treatment management, with strong English communication skills; Senior Person Responsible for Energy certification preferred.
