Job Summary

Ensure timely material fulfillment for engine production by managing WIP optimization, aging inventory, and purchase order issuance. Oversee local and overseas vendor networks to support part availability, cost efficiency, and turnaround times, and lead supplier performance reviews. Conduct vendor price negotiations and drive cost-reduction initiatives while reviewing procurement processes for regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. Reconcile invoice discrepancies and track open POs to closure.

•Ensure timely material fulfillment for engine production by optimizing WIP and monitoring aging inventory.
•Manage purchase order issuance and coordinate material flow for new parts, subcontracted work, and exchanges.
•Oversee local and overseas vendors to ensure part availability, cost efficiency, and reliable turnaround times.
•Lead supplier performance reviews and conduct price negotiations to achieve cost, quality, delivery, and service targets.
•Review and improve procurement processes for regulatory compliance and efficiency; reconcile invoice discrepancies and follow up on open purchase orders.

Key Requirements

•Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
•At least 5 years of relevant material procurement experience in a fast-paced environment.
•Experience using lean manufacturing, six sigma, or kaizen tools.
•Strong analytical skills for problem-solving, proposal preparation, and negotiation.
•Proficient use of Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI) and strong communication/organizational skills.
