Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and manage a borrowing and non-borrowing commercial portfolio, retaining and expanding client relationships.
  • •Profile and sell/cross-sell commercial products to existing clients and prospects, including treasury services.
  • •Originate and service C&I loans and related real estate lending, including preparing required documents such as commitment letters and loan memorandums.
  • •Monitor loan portfolio performance and maintain updated borrower financial information while ensuring compliance with credit policy and regulatory guidelines.
  • •Execute an outbound call program, maintain relationship and prospect pipeline, and identify cross-sell opportunities and referrals.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or finance (or equivalent banking experience).
  • •3–5 years of commercial banking experience with a proven track record of generating deposit and fee income.
  • •Demonstrated credit skills and ability to service and originate real estate and complex C&I loans.
  • •Ability to analyze commercial real estate lending, including credit analysis, global cash flow analysis, and Debt Service Coverage.
  • •Knowledge of regulatory compliance for commercial lending and strong loan documentation/structuring knowledge.
