Serve as a trusted benefits advisor and primary point of contact for clients, researching and evaluating medical, life, disability, and other benefit plans. Lead the design and implementation of employer-sponsored benefits programs, develop client strategic plans, and guide clients through funding alternatives and regulatory requirements. Manage carrier negotiations, oversee project plans and open enrollment deliverables, and maintain client and carrier relationships while ensuring accurate CRM (Salesforce) data entry.
