Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, and maintain a holistic manufacturing system architecture.
  • •Develop, approve, release, and regularly review manufacturing standards and procedures; manage documentation lifecycle and release.
  • •Conduct audits to track adherence, manage non-conformities/deviations, and evaluate implementation effectiveness.
  • •Own key manufacturing routines end-to-end (daily management, shift handover, escalation, production meetings, problem solving, visual management, change management, continuous improvement) and lead training/enablement.
  • •Own end-to-end manufacturing change management: assess operational impact, facilitate approvals and pilots, approve final versions, update documentation, and orchestrate full rollout across sites.

Key Requirements

  • •3–5+ years’ experience in Operational Excellence, Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or Manufacturing Engineering in a multi-site/global manufacturing environment.
  • •Deep knowledge of modern manufacturing system tools and routines such as Daily Management, Gemba, Asaichi, Layered Process Audits (LPA), Leader Standard Work, and Root Cause Analysis/Problem Solving.
  • •Proven track record owning end-to-end change management frameworks across multiple plants, from pilot execution to global rollout.
  • •Ability to design process architectures, draft governance documentation (SOPs, processes & procedures), and establish audit systems.
  • •Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills, including influencing Plant Managers and driving cultural alignment through training.
