Key Responsibilities

  • •Own product portfolio governance across HR & Payroll, Finance & Accounting, Logistics, and core ERP modules, ensuring consistent architecture and scalable integrations.
  • •Translate product strategy into roadmaps and execution plans, prioritizing based on business value, customer needs, regulatory requirements, and cloud architecture constraints (SLA, scalability, operational costs).
  • •Lead and develop Product Management teams (Product Managers and Product Owners) and implement best practices for Product Discovery and Product Delivery using Agile methods.
  • •Partner closely with CTO, Engineering, and Cloud Operations/DevOps to align product roadmaps with cloud infrastructure capabilities, deployment processes (CI/CD), and release management.
  • •Ensure regulatory/legal compliance for HR/payroll (tax and reporting requirements) and use product and operational data to drive decisions about reliability, quality, and service performance.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 10 years of experience managing HR/Payroll products for ERP or SaaS solutions.

  • •Strong ability to build product roadmaps and prioritize initiatives.
