Key Responsibilities

  • •Install required structural upgrades for accounts.
  • •Complete home repairs such as roof repairs, minor stucco and drywall, and structural upgrades.
  • •Provide project review and material sourcing.
  • •Mix paint, ingredients, or chemicals according to specification.
  • •Maintain compliance to PPE and safety regulations per OSHA and company standards, including job site cleanup and maintaining equipment/vehicle.

Salary: USD 26.4 - 35.21 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years of residential construction or solar experience.
  • •Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships, including with customers.
  • •Ability to transport materials and equipment for assigned job tasks (up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds with assistance).
  • •Must maintain a clean driving record, be 21 years of age, and possess a valid driver’s license.
  • •Ability to work on rooftops and in confined spaces and outdoor weather conditions (including excessive heat, cold, wet environments, and humidity).
