Perform residential construction work, including structural upgrades and repairs, to ensure high-quality workmanship from start to finish. Load and unload materials, mix paint/ingredients/chemicals per specification, and keep job sites clean and safe. Key Responsibilities

•Install required structural upgrades for accounts.
•Complete home repairs such as roof repairs, minor stucco and drywall, and structural upgrades.
•Provide project review and material sourcing.
•Mix paint, ingredients, or chemicals according to specification.
•Maintain compliance to PPE and safety regulations per OSHA and company standards, including job site cleanup and maintaining equipment/vehicle.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 26.4 - 35.21 hourly

Key Requirements

•At least 2 years of residential construction or solar experience.
•Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships, including with customers.
•Ability to transport materials and equipment for assigned job tasks (up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds with assistance).
•Must maintain a clean driving record, be 21 years of age, and possess a valid driver’s license.
•Ability to work on rooftops and in confined spaces and outdoor weather conditions (including excessive heat, cold, wet environments, and humidity).
