  • •Collaborate cross-functionally by building relationships across global teams to drive alignment and execution of strategic initiatives.

  • •Analyze large datasets with advanced analytics tools to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and document program phases for knowledge sharing.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • •4–7 years of experience in program management, analytics, or related roles in a matrixed/global organization.
  • •Experience in supply chain, procurement, or sourcing.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data visualization), plus Databricks (or similar) and PowerPoint; Tableau, Power BI, or SQL preferred.
