Job Summary

Serve as a client-first, sales-driven partner to individuals and small businesses in a branch setting. Engage clients in in-person and proactive calling conversations to identify financial wellness needs, recommend tailored solutions, and achieve individual activity and sales goals. Open and support a range of consumer and business accounts, develop referral relationships, collaborate with branch teams and business partners, and ensure compliance with banking, risk, security, and audit procedures.

Key Responsibilities

•Embed a client experience culture by engaging every client and teammate and understanding the impact of interactions.
•Listen for financial wellness opportunities during in-person and phone conversations and provide customized recommendations.
•Open consumer and small business accounts and related products including deposit products, home equity, unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit.
•Develop partnerships with branch teams and line of business partners to acquire clients, deepen relationships, and manage centers of influence.
•Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including documenting client interactions and supporting teller transactions as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma/GED or equivalent business experience (required).
•1+ years experience building customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and generating referrals; sales experience is prioritized.
•Understanding of consumer credit, including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports.
•Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques such as tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
•Working knowledge of consumer and small-business client interactions, including overcoming objection and asking fact-finding questions (preferred).
