Bilingual Production Supervisor - Overnights

Lead all production activities on the assigned overnight shift to ensure safe, efficient, compliant operations in a food manufacturing environment. Oversee staffing, line performance, productivity, quality, and GMP adherence, coordinating cross-functionally with QA, Maintenance, Sanitation, and Warehouse. Monitor KPIs, enforce food safety and regulatory requirements (SQF, HACCP, FDA/USDA as applicable), manage in-process checks and CAPA, and maintain accurate production documentation while developing team performance.
