Business Development Representative

Sell POOLCORP’s value proposition to customers across pool builders, service providers, and retailers. Build and maintain customer relationships to drive revenue, retention, and sales growth within an assigned territory. Prospect via cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research; deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations; negotiate terms and close sales while providing post-sale support. Maintain CRM records, coordinate with marketing initiatives, and attend industry events and trade shows.
