Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with day-to-day manufacturing operations, including monitoring equipment, overseeing processes, and ensuring production goals are met.
  • •Participate in quality control and quality assurance by inspecting products for defects and ensuring standards/specifications are met.
  • •Identify opportunities for process optimization, efficiency improvements, and cost reduction in manufacturing operations.
  • •Collect and analyze data related to manufacturing processes, equipment performance, and product quality.
  • •Learn and apply lean manufacturing principles and prepare reports, work instructions, and process documentation while applying HS&E standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Be currently enrolled or recently graduated in a Bachelors’ or Masters’ level degree in Engineering: Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical, Petroleum, or Supply Chain (HSE, Quality, Manufacturing).
  • •Maintain a GPA greater than or equal to 3.0 out of 4.0 (or equivalent in your country).
  • •Be fluent in oral and written English with effective communication skills.
  • •Be able to legally work in the country you are applying in, without company sponsorship or time restriction.
