Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and performance indicators using Power BI, Excel, Power Apps or similar tools.
  • •Automate administrative and operational processes with digital workflows (Power Automate, macros, scripts, or low-code applications).
  • •Collect, validate, and analyze data from production, quality, maintenance, and engineering.
  • •Support Industry 4.0 and plant digital transformation projects, including MES-related work.
  • •Implement automated data capture systems on the shop floor and create periodic operational metrics reports while documenting digital processes and user manuals.

Key Requirements

  • •Student in the last semesters or a recent graduate.
  • •Interest in Industry 4.0 and Smart Factory.
  • •High ability to work with data and strong analytical thinking.
  • •Willingness to learn programming/automation and proactively identify improvement opportunities.
  • •Knowledge of manufacturing processes, indicators of production, and Lean Manufacturing is desirable.
