Help complete post-show resets to prepare for the next event, maintaining organized storage areas.

Key Responsibilities

•Execute venue setup and breakdown, including equipment placement and signage.
•Support stage and backstage operational needs as directed.
•Assist with lawn preparation, seating layouts, and premium area configurations.
•Load, move, and store venue equipment safely and efficiently.
•Monitor venue conditions and respond to operational needs, including weather response and safety procedures.

Key Requirements

•Experience in event operations, stagehand work, or general labor is preferred.
•Strong work ethic and the ability to take direction.
•Comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
•Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
•Clear communication skills and a team-first mentality.
