Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all activities for assigned construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, including occupancy and warranty enforcement.
  • •Coordinate construction activities with the client, client vendors, and other stakeholders as needed.
  • •Maintain working knowledge of scheduling and critical milestone logic, and basic construction means and methods.
  • •Review and approve project documentation, including RFIs/submittal validation and logging; provide engineering support and coordination with inspectors.
  • •Coordinate tests/inspections, punch list review, commissioning/operational readiness support, and pay application review and approval.
