Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Western Region and California Cost Center to drive business generation, manage client relationships, and deliver value-driven offerings.
  • •Lead bid teams and proposal generation; develop winning marketing strategies and produce custom proposals and client deliverables.
  • •Provide program and project management leadership for the NorCal portfolio, overseeing deliverables, collaborations, and necessary resources.
  • •Manage financial performance using spreadsheets/accounting tools, including margin tracking, forecasts, budgeting, invoicing, and accounts receivable follow-up.
  • •Provide line management for assigned staff, including coaching and mentoring, and source/recruit new talent for service delivery.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 165,000 - 185,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field; graduate degree preferred.
  • •Minimum 8 years of relevant project management experience in the construction A-E-C industry, including business development.
  • •Strong knowledge of construction consultancy/advisory value-add deliverables and initiatives.
  • •Proven project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • •Experience managing client accounts and teams of project managers and support staff.
