Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and manage execution within the ERP platform for the HR domain of accountability.
  • •Contribute to development of the ERP Platform SuccessFactors/HCM roadmap and technology plans.
  • •Establish and govern ERP Platform practices and processes with suppliers and broader Platform Teams.
  • •Ensure effective and efficient delivery of ERP HR services and take responsibility for applicable ERP support activities.
  • •Manage and monitor SuccessFactors/HCM activities including incidents, change requests, and escalations.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated experience forming and maintaining SuccessFactors/HCM ERP practices, framework, and processes.
  • •Knowledge of SuccessFactors/HCM with proven experience (more than 7 years).
  • •Deep technical skills and knowledge of SuccessFactors/HCM practices and lifecycle (more than 7 years).
  • •Ability to balance customer needs with technical capability.
  • •Degree or equivalent relevant IT qualification (BTech, Degree etc) and SAP HCM for SAP S/4HANA (H4S4) and/or SuccessFactors Certification.
