Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a strong client experience by being present with clients and teammates and embodying Key’s client experience culture.
  • •Ensure efficient, effective, and accurate teller operations while coaching other tellers in an in-person branch setting.
  • •Resolve more complex client servicing issues and listen for clues to transition clients to a banker for deeper financial wellness conversations.
  • •Manage day-to-day teller line operations, including teller scheduling, observing/providing coaching, and overseeing branch operational standards and compliance.
  • •Balance cash drawers within balancing guidelines and follow compliance, audit, and security procedures; assist with onboarding and training new tellers.
  • •Attend in-person morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs; also review product guides, fees, and policies to stay current.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18.75 - 25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience (required).
  • •Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated superior client relationship skills (required).
  • •Minimum of 3 years of experienced cash handling (required).
  • •Working knowledge of PC with Windows-based applications and a calculator (required).
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, foster teamwork, and manage multiple tasks (required).
