  • •Support emergency management projects, operations, and staff across preparedness, mitigation, response, and recovery.
  • •Deploy in response to natural disasters for short-notice response missions across any 50 US states or US territory.
  • •Support emergency management strategic business development pursuits.
  • •Support strategic initiatives within the emergency management practice.
  • •Exercise ethical decision-making regarding company funds and conduct while adhering to WSP policies and workplace safety requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Emergency Management, Public Administration, or equivalent.
  • •7-10 years of experience in Emergency/Disaster/Crisis management.
  • •Advanced knowledge of emergency management principles, including preparedness, mitigation, response, and recovery operations.
  • •Ability to deploy on short notice (24-48 hours) for up to 30 days, including potential 8-12 hour days up to 7 days a week.
  • •Proven leadership and staff supervision skills, plus solid Microsoft 365 skills.
