Job Function: Data Science & Machine Learning

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver end-to-end production AI and Generative AI solutions from design to deployment
•Build, train and fine-tune LLMs, including evaluation, optimization, and lifecycle management
•Develop agentic workflows and AI-driven automation for enterprise use cases
•Deliver Document AI and OCR solutions for finance, legal, and contract processing
•Implement MLOps pipelines for CI/CD, monitoring, versioning, and retraining

Key Requirements

•3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering with production AI systems
•Experience training and fine-tuning LLMs (LoRA/QLoRA/PEFT) and evaluating/optimizing them
•Strong software engineering foundation (Python, APIs, microservices) and production-grade coding practices
•Experience delivering AI solutions to production including deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management (MLOps)
•Practical exposure to document AI/OCR, agentic workflows, or enterprise automation use cases
