Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver procurement and/or subcontract packages on budget and schedule while meeting QHSES and project requirements.
  • •Maintain accurate cost and schedule accounting, including commitments, changes, and forecasts; align with Project Controls.
  • •Identify risks and opportunities, create mitigation plans, and maintain a strategic outlook throughout execution.
  • •Interface with stakeholders (suppliers/subcontractors, engineering, supply chain, QHSES, construction, commissioning, clients) and run status meetings and key project forums.
  • •Oversee documentation, contract flow-downs/variations, Management of Change, and coordinate effective delivery with suppliers, McDermott, and the client as applicable.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Engineering or Supply Chain Management (or a relevant discipline).
  • •8–12 years of relevant experience in engineering, project/package management, manufacturing, or similar.
  • •Technical knowledge across EPCI (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Installation) phases and domain expertise in the proposed packages.
  • •Commercial knowledge of contracts, purchase orders, and supply chain disciplines (proposals, purchasing, expediting, logistics, material management).
  • •Strong understanding and adherence to QHSES requirements and ability to ensure compliance.
