Key Responsibilities

  • •Check export payment discounts and document correctness for L/C or SBLC transactions per UCP/ISBP/ISP and internal policies.
  • •Perform sanctions checking of relevant parties in documents and handle commodity trade operations documentation.
  • •Input documents into processing systems and prepare SWIFT for advising; authorize final output in MB systems with accuracy and within TAT.
  • •Act as a final checker for import/export bills documents, ensuring consistency of examination standards and adherence to manuals/procedures.
  • •Lead a team, manage customer expectations and complaint-driven corrective/preventive actions, and work on automation and process re-engineering initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree.
  • •At least 5–8 years of relevant Trade Operations experience.
  • •Trade experience of 3–4 years is a must.
  • •Strong understanding of Trade Finance products and functions, including import/export, guarantee, and related operating systems.
  • •Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel) plus strong communication and interpersonal skills.
