Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strong client experience by engaging with clients and teammates and delivering impact in-person and by phone.
  • •Listen for financial wellness opportunities and provide customized recommendations to support clients’ financial wellness goals.
  • •Open and manage a range of consumer and business accounts and products (including deposits, home equity, unsecured lending, certificates of deposit, etc.).
  • •Achieve individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals and expectations tied to client acquisition and relationship growth.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, audit procedures and documentation of client interactions, and support branch operations including teller assistance as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years developing current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources (sales experience more important than financial services).
  • •Understanding of consumer credit, including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports.
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Comfort interacting with small business clients, overcoming objections, and asking fact-finding questions.
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products including Word and Excel).
