Own and evolve the Global Payments compliance KYC system, including rule engine, decision-making, operations, and case review capabilities. Partner with internal businesses to align platform capabilities with business and compliance requirements, driving clear communication and execution.

Job Function: Product Management

Key Responsibilities

•Build and improve the Global Payments compliance KYC system, including rule engine, decision-making system, operations system, and case review system.
•Lead industry research for the compliance system and drive international compliance innovation using ByteDance mid-platform capabilities.
•Design product solutions aligned to long-term goals and the product roadmap for Global Payments compliance.
•Communicate with business stakeholders to design platform capabilities that meet business and compliance requirements.
•Coordinate with RD and QA teams to ensure high-quality product planning, launch, and iteration.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above.
•More than 5 years of relevant experience with compliance KYC systems or other compliance systems (e.g., sanction screening, transaction monitoring).
•Strong understanding of global/regional financial institution AML and sanctions compliance policies, ideally with cross-border transfer institution/service provider compliance platform experience.
•Independently conduct product research, requirements analysis, product planning, and solution design; partner with RD and QA to launch with quality.
•Ability to think and solve problems independently with strong communication, initiative, execution, teamwork, and ownership under pressure.
