Project Controls Manager (PMC - Site Based)

Serve as the senior PMC representative for an operating nickel smelter brownfield expansion, leading project controls governance across schedule, cost, quantity surveying, estimating, forecasting, reporting, and document control. Provide independent assurance of EPC contractor performance, validating baseline schedules and cost forecasts, monitoring progress and productivity, managing change impacts, and delivering timely performance information to the PMC and Owner. Key focus includes shutdown/SIMOPS interfaces and critical RKEF milestones.
