Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop strategy and requirements for new products, services, or campaigns, including landing pages within Key.com’s Businesses & Institutions sections.
  • •Act as a consultant to partners and internal clients on online experience best practices and advise on content updates and scheduling.
  • •Review and ensure web pages meet usability, functionality, and look-and-feel expectations while maintaining compliance with website standards (including WC3 and ADA).
  • •Determine KPIs and conversion points, document analytics requirements, and partner with the web analytics team to provide reporting and interpretation.
  • •Drive issues/defects to resolution and manage projects/content updates to ensure publishes go according to plan without harming other site areas.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 71,000 - 125,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree preferred in web development, marketing, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 4 years of experience in website management and/or digital marketing.
  • •Strong knowledge of HTML and experience with web content management systems, specifically component-based systems (AEM preferred).
  • •Strong understanding of web marketing concepts including search engine marketing, search engine optimization, and web standards.
  • •Proven ability to recognize and edit effective web content to create compelling online experiences and provide recommendations to partners and stakeholders.
