Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform financial service functions in accordance with bank policies, standards, and security procedures.
  • •Open, close, and maintain checking, savings, time deposit, and IRA accounts; support safe deposit box and related customer transactions.
  • •Answer customer questions and resolve issues by listening, collecting data, and securing accurate answers; maintain privacy of customer information.
  • •Profile customers and use lead lists/strategies to identify sales and referral opportunities and meet sales production goals.
  • •Complete required reports/records accurately and timely; support banking-center coordination and training; oversee certain year-end reporting/special projects and daily/monthly logs.

Key Requirements

  • •Complete the Personal Banker Mentor Program or Personal Banker Learning Plan (Teller Learning Plan, if applicable).
  • •High school graduate or equivalent, with good understanding of financial services and products.
  • •0–3 years of new account experience.
  • •Training offered/required topics include Caller Identification Process and Secure code, BPM Training (I–IV), and when to use DocuSign forms/templates.
  • •Ability to operate related computer applications and business equipment (including 10-key and telephone), with solid math and bookkeeping skills.
