Key Responsibilities

  • •Review and analyze experimental process flows to find defect anomalies and quarantine out-of-control process tools.
  • •Apply continuous improvement practices to improve operations and raise the right awareness of process anomalies.
  • •Use inline process signals to drive process improvements and partner with others on defect improvement efforts.
  • •Work with inspection tools and strategies to enable earlier detection and identify sources of problems.
  • •Support experimentation and data analysis, including baseline health metrics and systematic/random defect improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Knowledge of semiconductor fabrication techniques.
  • •Experience with inspection data analysis (EBEAM, X-ray, Laser or Optical Systems).
  • •Ability to apply basic Data Science and Data Manipulation using scripting, coding, or programming.
  • •Investigate process anomalies, perform root cause analysis, and find correlations in data.
  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science & Engineering, or related field.
