Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
  • •Evaluate customer homes on-site and recommend upgrades or service enhancements.
  • •Train homeowners on how to use their new smart home systems.
  • •Conduct a safety analysis of every home to ensure a safe workplace for technicians and customers.
  • •Participate in virtual and on-the-job training and use ongoing coaching to grow within the organization.

Key Requirements
