Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead project pursuits and prepare proposals for rail Signals & Communications work.
  • •Plan and manage all project stages to meet contractual commitments on time and within budget.
  • •Develop project scope, deliverables, work plans, schedules, and budgets, and perform monitoring and control throughout the project lifecycle.
  • •Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and change management to deliver viable projects to required standards.
  • •Lead project team and project controls staff; run coordination meetings and manage communications, including action items and project close-out documents.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline plus 6 years of rail project management experience for signals, or a Technical Diploma plus 8 years of rail and/or signals project management experience.
  • •Manage rail Signals & Communications projects across scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and change management.
  • •Driver’s License.
  • •Preferred: 10+ years of relevant experience in public rail and transit.
  • •Preferred: Professional Engineer designation and/or PMP certification.
