Key Responsibilities

•Recruitment Data Quality & Reporting: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of recruitment data within our ATS and other platforms, and generate essential reports.
•Process Adherence & Compliance: Support the team in ensuring all recruitment processes are correctly followed, flagging deviations, and maintaining compliance with policies and regulations.
•ATS & Recruitment Technology Management: Assist in the maintenance and basic alignment of our ATS and other recruitment tools to user needs.
•Candidate Experience Strategy & Implementation: Design and implement initiatives that proactively enhance the candidate journey, from initial outreach through onboarding.
•Cross-Functional Talent Alignment: Partner with stakeholders to strategically align recruitment efforts with overarching business objectives and workforce planning.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
•Excellent attention to detail and a highly meticulous approach to tasks.
•Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
•Proficiency in using common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
•A strong desire to learn and grow in the field of HR/Talent Acquisition Operations.
