Key Responsibilities

  • •Recruitment Data Quality & Reporting: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of recruitment data within our ATS and other platforms, and generate essential reports.
  • •Process Adherence & Compliance: Support the team in ensuring all recruitment processes are correctly followed, flagging deviations, and maintaining compliance with policies and regulations.
  • •ATS & Recruitment Technology Management: Assist in the maintenance and basic alignment of our ATS and other recruitment tools to user needs.
  • •Candidate Experience Strategy & Implementation: Design and implement initiatives that proactively enhance the candidate journey, from initial outreach through onboarding.
  • •Cross-Functional Talent Alignment: Partner with stakeholders to strategically align recruitment efforts with overarching business objectives and workforce planning.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • •Excellent attention to detail and a highly meticulous approach to tasks.
  • •Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • •Proficiency in using common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
