•Define and lead the evolution of the Active Metadata framework within the platform.
•Design and implement enterprise patterns for data searchability and understanding using tools like Databricks Genie and AI-driven documentation.
•Standardize data governance with Unity Catalog practices including tagging, lineage tracking, and row/column-level security at global scale.
•Act as an SME to mentor engineering teams and evaluate emerging Databricks features to automate metadata collection and operational excellence.
