Job Summary

Build and enhance PayPal checkout latency measurement for ModXO flows by specifying and validating event instrumentation, tags, and data mappings on the internal FPTI platform. Automate latency datasets (including Quantum Leap), create latency dashboards and executive summaries, and perform deep-dive analyses to identify latency drivers, product gaps, and funnel drop-off points. Partner with engineering, Business Intelligence, and data engineering to power SSOT metrics and implement anomaly detection for conversion and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

•Gather and validate instrumentation requirements for ModXO flows (including Post Purchase, ECS, and User Growth) on the FPTI data platform.
•Build and automate latency dataset code flows, finalize reporting formats, and create latency dashboards and executive summaries.
•Perform deep-dive analysis to identify latency drivers, degradation reasons, product gaps/opportunities, and funnel drop-off stages; recommend next steps.
•Define event tracking structures (events, tags, parameters, naming conventions, and data types), map them to end-table schema, and test data capture through pipelines.
•Collaborate across teams to automate finalized BI views, incorporate data into checkout SSOT conversion metrics, and implement anomaly detection for key conversion and revenue signals.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 275,850 - 333,500 annually

•Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation (or bachelor’s degree plus 7 years).
•5+ years of A/B Testing experience.
•5+ years of SQL experience.
•4 years of data visualization with Tableau.
•Experience with Python, BigQuery, product analytics, statistical analysis, and causal inference.
